According to a video of the TechEd Middle East Dubai 2010 Opening Keynote, Windows Phone 7 Series appears to support Internet based multitasking. Other details are still unknown, but it does show that webpages can remain loaded in Internet Explorer. Also, any website can be pinned to the start screen, allowing data to be pulled from the Internet and displayed there.

Perhaps having a way to check if its on a live tile would be nice, so web developers could format their pages differently.
