Release: The New Folders Application

As previously promised, the new Folders application is now ready in a 1.0 fashion. This version is a rewrite, with a lot of things restructured/redesigned. This should help clean up a lot of bugs, but it may also introduce some new issues. Feedback is appreciated, as always.

This isn't news, or anything really significant at all. But several people have been nagging me about how the shiny new Lumia phones are pretty far behind in hacking, and there's not much I can do about that. Props to Nokia's team; while the firmware of their devices is notoriously buggy, the security is really quite good. At least from the managed side of things.
