Today seems like a good day for Windows Phone 7 devices. The LG C900 and HTC T8788 have been discovered on the DSLReports speed test website. The list reports the LG C900 and HTC T8788 as running Windows Phone OS 7.0 and using IEMobile 7. An interesting thing is the presence of "mycingular.net" as the domain name for the devices, which indicates that the devices are going to AT&T. It would be nice to see some devices going to Verizon or T-Mobile, but perhaps AT&T is just more careless.

Also, note that these are model names for the devices, so the HTC T8788 could also turn out to be the Spark or Mondrian.
