Work on Linux for the HD2 has been going on for some time now, and finally it appears that some real progress has been made. Shown above is an image from the htclinux twitter account, with Ubuntu Linux running on the HTC HD2. For those who do not know, Android and Ubuntu are both forms of Linux, and are usually both booted for HaRET.

While there is no download link yet, we can expect something new soon. Also, a recent tweet from HTCLinux suggests that Android may be coming soon as well. Stay tuned for more.
