The Samsung Cetus, a supposedly 4-inch AMOLED screen Windows Phone 7 device, has been confirmed with FCC filing and is heading to AT&T. The launch date is unknown, but it's good to see the devices getting lined up and ready for the Holiday 2010 launch.
