Looking at the specs on HTC's website, the HD2 USA version (coming to Tmobile sometime in March) appears to have more RAM and ROM than the UK version.

The USA version has 1GB ROM and 576MB of RAM, while the UK version has 512 MB ROM and 448 MB RAM.

Looking at the minimal specs for Windows Mobile 7 (rumored specs, anyway), you need 1GB of ROM.

Interesting. This might link up with the tweet sent by HTC Russia:

"For Diamond 2 firmware is not planned. Of the existing communicators on the market, only the HD2 firmware to get WM7."

Again, it's not clear if this is a teaser, actually true, or just some idiot who didn't know what he was talking about.

I guess we'll see on Feburary 15th!
